Is this trip worth it?
I will be traveling to Italy and Spain in June, 2008. I’ll be staying in Italy for five days, then traveling to Spain for another five days. While in Spain, I’ll be visiting Madrid, Genoa, and Barcelona. The attractions I’ll be visiting are Via Garibaldi, San Lorenzo Cathedral, Las Ramblas, La Sagrada Familia, Montjuic Hill, Barrio Gotico, the Barcelona Cathedral, Plaza Mayor, and the Puerta del Sol. It will be a good opportunity to practice the Spanish Language I’ve been learning for the past 5 years. The trip will cost approximately USD$2870. The cost includes all flights, hotel accomodations, and breskfast & dinners. Do you believe this trip is worth it?
Do not miss the opportunity of visiting Monteserratt which is about 50 kilometres north of Barcelona. You will find plenty of excursions to visit there. It is an awesome place high up in the mountains. You can either drive up or take the cable car or do what we did, take the funicular rail.
We live in Spain and went on holiday to Italy this year. We drove from Malaga to Rome. Be assured, you are in for a fantastic holiday.
